We cook pizzas between 800- 900 degrees at the Wildwood Test Kitchen. It is comforting to know our ovens can withstand temperatures above 2000 degrees. Most commonly installed indoors, as the 30 x 30 ” size fits into interior millwork without compromising spatial requirements. This small-space wood-fired oven is the logical choice if your backyard has limitations.
