Wildwoods Roma wood-fired oven kit, is a pai-down version of our professional-grade wood-fired ovens. This oven uses our proprietary refractory material, with excellent heat retention. We cook pizzas between 800- 900 degrees at the Wildwood Test Kitchen. It is comforting to know our ovens can withstand temperatures above 2000 degrees. Most commonly installed indoors, as the 30 x 30 ” size fits into interior millwork without compromising spatial requirements.
