Product Returns
Grill orders require a 50% non-refundable deposit. Grill orders must be picked up and shipped within 14 days of completion and notification that the order is ready to ship.
Items not picked up within 14 days will be placed in storage and or liquidated, and the purchase will be deemed canceled.
OVENS
All ovens come with a 5-year warranty. Warranty does not cover misuse, abuse of products, or incorrect or sub-standard installation practices.
Please email mgerard@wildwoodovens.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before you return your product. No returns will be accepted without an RMA number.
All products returned must be 100% complete.
Refund of Orders
Within 3 days of receipt of your order, you may return unused products in original condition, in original packaging for a refund. Please email to AP@wildwoodovens.com. for a return authorization number before sending any product back to our warehouse.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. For orders below $50, we will deduct $5 from the refund. For orders above $50, we will deduct reasonable freight charges according to the actual situation.
The customer is responsible for all shipping charges on returned items.
We strongly recommend you fully insure your return shipment in case it is lost or damaged and your carrier can provide you with proof of delivery for your protection.
DEFECTIVE EQUIPMENT CAN BE RETURNED WITHIN 1 Year from the invoice date, at our discretion for replacement, exchange, or repair.
NON-DEFECTIVE returns can be accepted within 30 days from the invoice date, at our discretion, credit, or exchange.
All NON-DEFECTIVE returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee.

Call your local post office or parcel carrier for information on how to wrap and ship your item
Defective equipment must be received by us & tested before replacement is shipped.
We will test the equipment and replace if defective.
If the product is NOT defective, applicable UPS or freight charges be charged and we will ship the product back to the customer.
ADVANCED Replacement Policy- we will advance replace defective product if the customer provides us with a valid credit card. We will then obtain an authorization-only number for the amount of the equipment shipped. If the defective product is not returned within 2 weeks, we will charge the customer’s card for the full amount.
